RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope that you will always be delighted with your purchase. If however, you're unsatisfied, we will do our best to make it right! We're pleased to offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on all unused and undamaged products including product packaging/boxes. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return and reason for return to initiate your request and to receive return instructions. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. All returns must be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if a tracking number is not provided for returns.
Ensure all products are adequately protected in transit by using the original packing material that the item was shipped in when returning. All products including product packaging/boxes, must be protected, as they are considered part of the product and your return may be subject to a repackaging fee should the product not arrive in re-saleable condition. All approved returns are subject to a quality review before a refund is processed. Please remember that we can't accept returns without authorization, so if we receive a return with no prior communication, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If your product arrived to you damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos of product and we will be in contact with you to arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you immediately.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
