SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Bath & Bower offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 within Canada (not applicable to bulk or wholesale orders). We offer $15 flat rate shipping across Ontario and $20 flat rate shipping across the rest of Canada, for orders under $100. If your order requirement is larger than $300, please contact us at info@bathandbower.ca for a custom shipping quote.
We also offer a free "Click and Collect" local pick-up service for customers who wish to pick up their order at our Whitby, Ontario candle studio. Simply select the Click and Collect option at checkout and you will be contacted via email when your order is ready for pick up.
At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada, so unfortunately we're unable to accept International orders. Please email us at info@bathandbower.ca if you're interested in our products and let us know where you're located so we can work on eventually adding your area to our expansion list!
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. As a small business, this allows us time to carefully prepare and package your order. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted via email and we will keep you updated on the status of your order. During the pre-holiday period from Dec 1-24, there may be a slight dispatch delay due to increased order volume.
All deliveries have an estimated timeframe of 3-9 days depending on your location, once the carrier receives your package. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email to confirm your shipment. This email will contain a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays. Please note that shipping delays during the month of December are common and are beyond our control and should be followed up with the carrier directly.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly before submitting order. Always double check before placing your order! If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrectly entered address, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship a replacement order. In the event of a carrier error, Bath & Bower will cover the cost to re-ship your order. Please contact us at info@bathandbower.ca if you believe there has been an issue with your delivery.
If tracking information from the carrier confirms that your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by you, but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly so that they can investigate. We cannot be held accountable for packages that tracking information has indicated have been delivered to your shipping address.
